Observation
When we reflect on children's play, we design better learning for their tomorrows.
Type, talk, drop a photo, or tag a child. Anything you add drops onto this story.
App Settings
Super-user controls. The knowledge you add here grounds every observation the app writes.
AI Usage
Every call the app makes to an AI bot is logged here: who triggered it, which bot, the input prompt, the output, token counts, and cost.
Recent calls
AI Control Center
One place to set the standard for every AI function in the app. Each row is one AI. Fill in a plain-language rule, paste/draft structured JSON, and/or assign reference documents. New AI functions appear here automatically.
Lesson Plan Settings
Coming soon — lesson plan configuration will live here.
Over-arching observation preference
Describe, in your own words, how you want observations written across the whole app: tone, depth, what to emphasize, what to avoid. This becomes part of the app's knowledge.
Frameworks
Add frameworks, upload reference documents per framework (auto-processed on upload), and choose up to 2 active frameworks for tagging.
Active frameworks by age group
Rating guideline (applied to the app)
Upload or paste a JSON rating guideline. It is validated, then used to guide how the app's AI suggests ELOF and DRDP ratings and writes its reasons. Only the latest one is kept.
What the app actually uses (the text fed to the AI)
Reference documents (not applied)
Store rating guidelines or instructions for reference only. These are kept for you to view and download; they do not change how the app rates. PDF, Word, txt, or md.
Developer Doc
A simple reference library for files and links used while building the app. Each entry gets a doc ID (e.g. DOC-LP-001) you can reference in conversation.

Observations
Each observation you make is saved here as one record. They keep a version history as they evolve.
My Preferences
Your account details and your writing voice. The AI uses your style when it helps you write.
Your account
Your writing voice
This is the heart of your preferences. Describe, in your own words, how you want your observations to read. The AI will adopt your style, and learn more about your voice as you go. Be as explicit as you like.
- The AI follows the voice you describe here on every note.
- It keeps your exact words and only adds in your style.
- The more specific you are, the closer it matches you.

Site & Classroom
Set up your sites, classrooms, rosters, and teachers. The child roster will sync from Jupiter once it's connected; until then it shows a connect prompt.
